After a car accident, I was sent for physio. The physio only seemed interested in my range of movement, less so about the pain I still experienced. Having been to Black Panther Massage twice, my pain has eased significantly and I have even more pain free movement than after numerous sessions with the physio. as a driver I have issues with my hips, legs and lower back.

we didn't get time to sort my back out for this session as my legs and hips were in a bad state so we worked on those.

let me tell you.....I feel so much better and my hip pain as well as some back pain...is gone.

Gavin is very friendly and welcoming. I made a last minute appointment n was so glad I did. I had been suffering with my shoulder for around 3 weeks. Struggling to lift my arm and moving my head to be able to see at junctions when driving. Although I still had some discomfort I could move my arm and head much more freely. I intend to have a follow up appointment and to have regular appointments going forward

Like Bob the Builder...Gavin can fix it! I have a desk job which comes with the usual territory tense shoulders, pain in the lower back, muscle tension. After trying float therapy, wasting money on these fancy massages at hotel spas etc and other remedies (you name it I've tried it!) all seemed to only be for short term benefit, I thought let's give a sports massage ago and wanted to try to find someone who was a family run business and I was recommended Gavin and he did not disappoint! Gavin was really friendly and was very attentive with checking I was okay with the level of pressure he gave during the massage. I was unfamiliar with sports massages and the benefits but I left feeling like he had removed knots i didn't even knew existed!! Highly recommend Gavin for not just people who are into sports but for us office girlies too!
