  • If you’re unsure which massage to choose, don’t worry! You don’t have to have it all figured out before booking. You can select the closest option and we’ll tailor the treatment to your needs on the day.

    For first appointments, we recommend booking a 60-minute session. This allows enough time for a proper consultation and a well-rounded treatment.

  • All bookings are handled easily through our website - just choose your preferred treatment, date, and time to confirm. If you need help, you can also message us directly.

    Note: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • We provide massage services exclusively for clients aged 18 years and older. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate individuals under 18, even with parental consent. Note: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • Our massage bed is rated to safely support up to 220kg (34st 9lb). If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch before booking - we’re happy to chat!

  • A deposit secures your appointment and helps prevent last-minute cancellations. As a small business, missed or last-minute cancellations have a big impact on us, so deposits help protect our time and availability.

  • Your intake form helps us understand your health, lifestyle, and treatment goals before your session. It ensures your massage is safe, tailored, and as effective as possible.

    If anything on your form suggests we may need to take extra care, or that a GP’s approval would be beneficial before treatment, we’ll be in touch to discuss this with you ahead of your appointment.

  • Wear comfortable, loose clothing. You will be asked to undress to your comfort level, and towels or sheets will be provided for coverage during the session.

  • Absolutely! Let me know your preference at the start, and adjustments can be made during the massage. We will keep communication throughout. Don’t be afraid to tell me if you need to change the pressure!

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can use the link in your confirmation email or message us directly.

    Cancellations within 24 hours will result in your deposit being non-refundable.

  • Frequency depends on your needs and goals. Many clients benefit from a monthly session, while those with specific issues or goals may need more regular visits.

  • Some pressure can feel intense but shouldn’t be painful. Always communicate any discomfort to me during your appointment - this is a safe place for you and we want you to feel comfortable at all times.

  • We offer appointments:

    • Monday to Friday - 4pm-8pm

    • Saturday to Sunday - 8am-2pm

    Hours may differ on a Bank Holiday.

    To avoid disappointment, we’d always recommend booking in advance - but if you’re struggling to find a slot that works for you, feel free to get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

  • As a small business, we’re often hands-on with clients and can’t always take phone calls. Sending us a message ensures we don’t miss your enquiry and can reply as soon as possible.

  • We’re clinic-based only - all treatments take place at our premises in Pontefract. Home visits aren’t something we offer.
