Before embarking on my massage therapy journey, I qualified as an aerospace engineer and spent nine years in the Royal Air Force. During my time in the RAF, I also served as a lifeguard and swimming instructor, which sparked my passion for helping others. Prior to that, I worked as a carer, a role that I cherished and that ultimately inspired me to pursue massage therapy.

I've always been passionate about helping others, and myself be at our best. Whether it's training others, weightlifting, or staying active in the gym. This background gives me a deep understanding of the toll that exercise and day to day life can take on your body, allowing me to tailor treatments to support recovery, enhance performance, and promote overall well-being.
